Haitham Talo, MD

Prior to joining the private sector in 2018 , Dr. Talo was a Consultant at the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in Abu Dhabi since 2006 and the Chief of the division of Pediatric Cardiology since 2012

Dr. Talo graduated from Damascus University School Of medicine in 1988.

He completed his Pediatric Residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 1993 and his Pediatric Cardiology fellowship at Johns Hopkins Medical Institute in Baltimore Maryland in 1996.

He practiced as a Pediatric Cardiology Senior Consultant in Henry Ford Allegiance Health Hospital, Jackson Michigan then in Al Bassel Heart Institute in Damascus, Syria. He joined the division of Pediatric Cardiology at SKMC in 2006.

Dr. Talo and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Cardiology and an Adjunct Staff of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation

Assessing and managing pediatric cardiology patients of all ages in addition to pre and post-operative care, and his main areas of expertise are clinical cardiology and non-invasive cardiac imaging especially echocardiography.
